Ordering Wholesale Flowers – Simple & Convenient

We are excited to begin offering wholesale flowers to local florists in the Virginia Tidewater Area. We are in a unique position on our farm to offer both retail arrangements and wholesale bunches, which means we are intimately aware of the floral standards that are required of each flower to create a beautiful arrangement (and the disasters that can occur when working with old or ragged blooms). Any flowers that do not meet our standards are composted and their value is repurposed into supporting growth on the field. We follow the Seattle Wholesale Growers Market "Floral Standards" for our wholesale flowers and foliage.

Our Wholesale Flower Ordering Process

From Harvest to Delivery...

 

• We harvest our flowers in the early morning to ensure the longest vase life, transferring them to "food-grade clean" buckets filled with fresh water and holding solution. Our flowers are stored in to a cooler where they are allowed to hydrate for up to 24 hours before being delivered to you. 

• You will receive a weekly Availability list with photos and descriptions of flowers ready to order from our farm. We include information such as expected vase life, fragrances, flower hazards/toxicities, and care instructions for those "finicky flowers".

• Submit your order via email, call, text or web purchase. We keep an up-to-date inventory of available product through our Wholesale Account Login. 

• We offer delivery on Mondays and Thursdays. We do not offer pickup at this time. Buckets from your previous delivery will be picked up by us for cleaning and use in the next order.

 

We occasionally will provide you will samples of new varieties that we are trialing in the fields. This service is unlike anything you might find through a traditional Wholesaler. We love to encourage biodiversity in our fields, and we’re always excited to share the results of our experiments with new flower varieties. By offering these samples, we give you the opportunity to be among the first to work with unique blooms that might not yet be available through traditional wholesale channels. This service allows you to stay ahead of trends, diversify your floral offerings, and provide your customers with something truly special. It’s just one of the many ways we go above and beyond to support local florists and help you stand out in the marketplace.
